Description

Ensure full transparency of coordinate sources in the location picker and align unconfirmed trip email reminders with GoBD court rulings.

Tasks

  • Add transparent status badges in LocationPicker.tsx ("GPS captured", "Bookmark selected", "Manually edited (coordinates cleared)").
  • Update scheduled reminder in routes/console.php:
    • Introduce multi-stage reminders (early reminder after 24–48 hours, final warning on day 5–6).
    • Enforce the 7-day hard threshold established by fiscal court case law (FG Baden-Württemberg 6 K 2841/12).
  • Verify audit log compliance for location transitions.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Drivers and admins can clearly see whether location entries carry verified GPS data.
  • Drivers are reminded in time before the 7-day statutory deadline expires.
