Transparent location sources and proactive GoBD deadline enforcement.

-Add status badges in LocationPicker.tsx ("GPS captured", "Bookmark selected", "Manual address").

Update console reminder in routes/console.php with a multi-stage schedule (gentle reminder at 24–48 hours, urgent warning at day 5–6 before the 7-day hard cut-off).
